Canada Wholesale Sales Estimated to Have Fallen 0.6% in July

Statistics Canada’s early tally of wholesale receipts points to a 0.6% decline in sales in July from the month before. With a slight fall also expected in manufacturing trade, it points to some softening in the economy to start the third quarter.
